Should I frame my Paint by Number before painting?

If you choose the DIY frame option, you’ll receive your paint by numbers canvas along with a DIY frame kit. This kit includes everything you need to frame your painting yourself, including a wooden frame, backing board, and hanging hardware. This is a convenient option if you want to frame your painting right away, but still want to choose your own frame style. We do recommend framing your DIY paint by numbers for better absorption of the painting on the canvas, and it will be more comfortable to start painting on a frame.

If you choose the stretched (recommended) option, you’ll receive your paint by numbers canvas that has already been stretched and framed. This means that the canvas has been mounted onto a wooden frame, and is ready to be hung on your wall as soon as you finish painting.
