No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, once an order is placed, it enters our production process almost immediately. As each kit is custom-made for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order has been placed and processed. This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards in creating made-to-order items that reflect your unique preferences.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@craftybynumbers.com.
- Notification Period: All claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- Replacement Policy: We will gladly replace any damaged or incorrect items with the same product at no additional cost to you. Please note that we only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Changing the Shipping Address
