We want your Crafty by Numbers order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Every order includes tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking information by email once your package ships.

Processing & Production Times

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Standard Kits: 1–3 business days
  • Custom Kits: 3–6 business days

Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible to help ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. The estimates below begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your cart, ensuring fair and transparent pricing.

Carriers

We work with trusted tracked shipping carriers depending on your location, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, MRW España, Hermes, YunExpress, and other local delivery partners.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to become active.

Insured Shipping

All orders are shipped with insurance included. If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, we will assist with the carrier claim and help ensure you receive a replacement according to our policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the recipient’s responsibility.
