If there is an issue with your order, our team is here to help. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to ensure a positive customer experience.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unopened
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is in resalable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@craftybynumbers.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of some products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom Paint by Numbers Kits
• Personalized products
• Opened paint kits
• Partially completed paintings
• Digital products
• Gift cards

These items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be restocked or resold.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing components, includes dried paint, or contains the wrong design or size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@craftybynumbers.com.

In most cases, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost after reviewing photos of the issue.

Missing Components

If your order arrives missing paint pots, brushes, reference sheets, hanging hardware, or any other included components, please contact our support team.

We will gladly send replacement components so you can fully enjoy and complete your painting experience.

Lost Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost. However, if you experience an issue with a delivered package, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery times. As a result, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact support@craftybynumbers.com as soon as possible and our team will do our best to help.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Custom Paint by Numbers orders are made specifically for each customer and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please contact support@craftybynumbers.com and our team will help determine the best solution for your order.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unlimited Paint Guarantee

We want every customer to successfully complete their painting.

If you run out of paint while working on your Crafty by Numbers kit, simply contact us at support@craftybynumbers.com with your order number and the paint color number(s) you need.

We will send additional paint free of charge until your artwork is completed.

Our Unlimited Paint Guarantee applies to all Crafty by Numbers kits and remains valid until your painting is finished.

Please note that this guarantee covers paint needed to complete your artwork under normal use and does not apply to lost, intentionally damaged, or excessive paint usage beyond what is reasonably required to finish the design.
