What’s included in the kit?

How do I create a custom kit?

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Free Standard Shipping takes an estimated 8–12 business days. Priority Shipping costs $5.95 USD (or the displayed local-currency equivalent) and takes an estimated 6–10 business days. These estimates include processing and transit time, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Custom kits may require additional preparation time. Express shipping is available for eligible US orders, with availability and cost shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Support & Guarantee
What if I’m not happy with my kit?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns are available for unused, unopened items in their original packaging; customers pay return shipping. Custom and other excluded products are not eligible for standard returns. See our Returns & Guarantees for full conditions and help with damaged or incorrect items.
What if my kit arrives damaged?
Contact support@craftybynumbers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After reviewing the issue, we will help arrange a replacement at no additional cost or another appropriate solution under our Refund & Return Policy.
