The Brush Washer is a divided rinse basin for cleaning and resting paint brushes during a paint by numbers session. Use the separate areas to manage rinsing and keep your work surface organized as you change colors.

Brush Rinsing and Resting Features

  • 12 holder holes along the rim for brush handles of different sizes.
  • Five sloped slots for resting brushes during rinsing.
  • A ridged washboard surface for gently working paint out of the bristles.
  • Edge grooves to help rest brushes, plus a removable lid.

How to Use the Brush Washer

  1. Place the basin on a stable, level surface and add water to a rinsing compartment.
  2. Wipe excess paint from the brush before rinsing. Move the bristles gently over the ridged surface without crushing the tip.
  3. Rinse again in cleaner water before switching to a new color. Change the water as it becomes cloudy or carries paint into the next color.
  4. At the end of the session, clean the brush according to its care instructions and reshape the tip. Clean the basin and let it dry before storing.

Brush Care Between Colors

The holder holes and resting slots help organize brushes while you work. Avoid leaving a brush standing on its bristles in water for long periods. This is a manual rinsing accessory; it does not automatically clean brushes or restore hardened paint.
