I really enjoyed doing this! I’m just doing some finishing touches but it’s basically complete. There is instant gratification with every filled in cell. My sister has also been eyeing my project and thinking about doing one herself. If I were to do another one (which I probably will one day), I’d probably be more generous with paint application. I was too sparing, which made me have to do a lot of second coats. I also wouldn’t be so careful about staying in the lines in parts of the painting that didn’t really need careful attention to detail. I was probably too careful in areas that didn’t need it, which consumed more time than necessary. But all in all, I loved doing this!

This is the 4th portrait of a pet or a person that I have painted using your paint-by-number kits. As with the others it came out beautiful. I love the contrasting colors that were chosen to give the depth and three-dimensional look. It’s quite a thrill to see the pet that I know so well emerge on the canvas. I’m not an artist and sometimes I question a certain choice of color as I’m painting, but when I see the finished portrait it all works perfectly.
Honestly it looks daunting in the beginning, finding numbers missed when you moved up was frustrating but the overall experience was really good and relaxing. The outcome looked exactly like the photo. Will definitely be ordering again.

Just finished and very happy with results. I have been dabbling with painting for a few years off and on. My daughter who is a child psychiatrist does this with her patients. I was unsure how this would turn out because it’s just a silhouette of my son, but I’m really happy with it. The amazing thing is that my son’s face emerged even though it was undefined and I painted his face in different shades of black according to your directions. This was not hard for me to execute yet you still gave me 16 different shades of black, white, and gray which gave it the depth I was hoping for. Thank you!
Great quality - bought the 36 colours. The paint colours were slightly darker than the original photo but this may have been better if I’d got the 48 colours instead! Either way it’s still a fab kit and looks amazing!
I thought the paints were wonderful, they were smooth and the canvas was nice to paint on. My issue was with the color on the painting from my picture, even the second time around I wasn’t happy and decided to try a different company.
