What's the difference between the No Frame and Framed options?

No Frame: The canvas comes rolled in a protective box. Framed: The canvas is pre-stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang.

Can I use my own paint instead of the provided ones?

Yes! While our paints are custom-matched for the best results, you can experiment with your own acrylic paints if desired.

What size options are available?

We offer a variety of sizes, but the most common are: 12x16 in (30x40cm), 16x20 in (40x50cm), 20x24 in (50x60cm). Choosing a larger size enhances the level of detail in your painting.

Are the paints safe and non-toxic?

What if I run out of paint?

Why can I still see the numbers after painting?
